The Ship Management Team monitors the operations, maintenance, and performance of each vessel through a strictly implemented Integrated Management System supported by a detailed Planned Maintenance System.
These systems are in full compliance with the International Safety Management (ISM) code, ISO 9001 standards for Quality, ISO 14001 standards for Environmental Management, and OHSAS 18001 Safety and Health standards; and are implemented on each vessel under our Management, irrespective of the vessel being below or above 500 GRT.

Partners globally, allowing us to provide Crew and Manpower of
almost every nationality. Vortex maintains an extensive database of qualified Seafarers,

managed fleet or third-party enquiries. As part of the selection process, we closely examine not only the
qualifications of the individual but also their experience, skills,
commitment, and motivation. All personnel employed for seagoing
vessels are trained and qualified in accordance with the STCW ’95
convention.
CMOGC has been entrusted with the
commercial management of various offshore vessels, near coastal, and
harbor tugs, which are available for long-term or spot charter. We provide a diverse range of vessels as per our Vessels Portfolio,
and in addition, maintain an extensive database with the
specifications and whereabouts of third-party available tugs in the
Eastern Hemisphere region. For any vessel charter requirements, we can provide a vessel either
from our own managed fleet or by cross-hire from vessel owners with
whom we maintain direct agreements. CMOGC has expertise in chartering vessels
